ENTREPRENEURIAL EDUCATION: A PANACEA TO FORMALISATION OF THE INFORMAL SECTOR

This paper sought to evaluate the influence of entrepreneurial education on informal entrepreneur’s intention formalise. A positivist approach was employed backed by quantitative analysis determine impact formalise businesses. The study analysed a sample 265 traders and structured questionnaire used gather data. Collected data using parameters such as regression Pearson correlation analysis. results indicate that general level is not among enablers formalisation. However knowledge, skills attitude were found be positively correlated with recommends more focus should rather than convectional system so enable transition from formal economy. therefore brings new perspective formalisation sector.
